Meditation and Voice Awareness

The combination of voice and mindfulness meditation is a powerful and accessible method for everyone on the path to self-knowledge and liberation from suffering.
The voice is a wonderful instrument that makes the body more permeable and sensitive. Humming and singing single vowels have the potential to open the way to the heart, to touch and release emotions.
Eva teaches Voice Awareness, which she developed, interwoven with classical mindfulness practice / Vipassana meditation. Phases of humming and sounding vowels alternate with silent sitting.
